General Information
The house has 2 air conditioning units, one on the 0th floor and another on the first floor (in the master bedroom)
You can enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
Near the coves of Ametlla de Mar (Cala Vidre, Cala Sant Jordi, Cala Torrent del Pi...)
House very equipped with everything you need for your stay.

Kitchen
The kitchen is on the ground floor of the house, located next to the dining room and with direct access to the garden porch.
It is equipped with:
- Large appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob...)
- Small appliances (Microwave, Toaster, Coffee maker - Nespresso type -, Blender...
- Tableware (large and small plates, glasses, cups, mugs...)
- Cutlery (forks, knives, spoons, tongs, scissors...)
- All types of pans and pots
- Others (bottle opener, pizza cutter, tablecloths, oven mitt, kitchen cloths, baking dish...)
- ...
Bathrooms
The house consists of 2 bathrooms and a toilet.
On the first floor, inside the master bedroom, we have a full bathroom with a bathtub.
On the first floor, we have a full bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor, next to the dining room, we have a bathroom with a sink and a toilet.
In the bathrooms you will find the following:
- Hand and shower towels (1 set per person)
- Shower mat
- Hair dryer
- Small mirror
- Hand soap
- Complimentary toilet paper
Dining room
On the ground floor we have the dining room, with access to the porch and garden and direct access to the kitchen.
In the dining room you will find the following appliances/utensils:
- Flat screen television
- Chromecast on TV to watch Netflix/Disney+/HBO/...
- Air-conditioning
- 3 seater sofa
- Dining table and 7 chairs
- Small Dining table.
Porch and BBQ
The house has a covered porch where we also have the barbecue (just outside the dining room).
On the porch we will find a table with 6 chairs where we can have breakfast/lunch/dinner outdoors.
The barbecue has everything you need to use it (You just need to bring the charcoal and the meat):
- Grill
- BBQ Kit (Tongs/Spatula/Fork)
- Ignition tablets and matches
- Barbecue cleaning kit (brush and broom)
Garden and Pool
Here we have the jewel in the crown, the garden with a swimming pool, completely independent, private and where you can enjoy and have total privacy.
The exit to the garden has two small wooden doors to prevent children from accessing the garden area alone.
The ground is made of artificial grass where you can lie down with your towels directly on the ground or on the sun loungers that you will find.
The chill-out area consists of a garden set (sofas and rattan lounger) and a parasol.
You can also spend time playing on the Ping-Pong table (paddles and balls included)
The gardener will access the garden twice a week to perform pool maintenance. You will also have a "Leaf Collector" to remove leaves/insects from the pool.
